As the President and founder of Sage Grant & Solutions, Sheila Lambert has almost thirty years of experience in grant development, project management, regulatory compliance, and program evaluation at both the federal and state levels. Her career is distinguished by her strategic leadership and capacity to navigate complex regulatory environments, which have facilitated advancements in program development and policy implementation.
Sheila holds a Master's in Political Science and a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice. She has held leadership positions, including the Chief of Nevada's Office of Grant Management under Governor Brian Sandoval, Director of the Clark County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council under the Clark County Manager, the Administrator for Programs, Policy, and Grants at the Nevada Department of Corrections, and a Regional Marketing Director for an international A/E firm. She has also served in many roles as a political consultant on numerous campaigns.
Sheila obtained Nevada's first pay-for-performance social innovation grants from Third Capital and the Harvard Kennedy Innovation Program. She has been key member of the communications team securing approvals for new developments in Southern Nevada.

Mathew Dubron is a native Nevadan who graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Georgia Sr. military college. He is a United States Army Veteran and has worked across private and public sectors across the United States and overseas. He has experience in logistics, data management, and complex data analysis. Mathew Dubron is a native Nevadan who graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Georgia Sr. military college. He is a United States Army Veteran and has worked across private and public sectors across the United States and overseas. He has experience in logistics, data management, and complex data analysis. Mathew is fluent in five languages and a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). He has aided in the delivery of evaluation strategies to improve quality metrics and site monitoring. Mathew is experienced in navigating military and veteran programs, in-depth research, and program delivery across all programs. Mathew is currently working on his Master's Degree in Cybersecurity from Norwich University.
