Sheila Lambert, Managing Principal & Founder
As the Managing Principal and founder of Sage Grant Solutions, Sheila Lambert has almost thirty years of experience in grant development, project management, regulatory compliance, and program evaluation at both the federal and state levels. Her career is distinguished by her strategic leadership and capacity to navigate complex regulatory environments, which have facilitated advancements in program development and policy implementation.
Sheila holds a Master's in Political Science and a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice. She has held leadership positions, including the Chief of Nevada's Office of Grant Management under Governor Brian Sandoval, Director of the Clark County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council under the Clark County Manager, the Administrator for Programs, Policy, and Grants at the Nevada Department of Corrections, and a Regional Marketing Director for an international A/E firm. She has also served in many roles within the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services and worked for elected officials at the City, County, and State levels. She also served as a political consultant on numerous campaigns.
Sheila obtained Nevada's first pay-for-performance social innovation grants from Third Capital and the Harvard Kennedy Innovation Program. She has skillfully leveraged her knowledge and experience to channel substantial resources into the Nevada community and drive transformative projects that yield long-term benefits for the state.

Kailey Lambert, Director of Marketing and Compliance
Kailey Lambert is an accomplished marketing professional with digital marketing and strategic planning expertise. She has developed innovative strategies to boost online engagement and drive strategic initiatives. Kailey's leadership is marked by her success in grant planning, communication, and development while formulating strategies to meet client objectives.
Kailey's academic and professional journey is characterized by a command of market research, business intelligence, and the strategic use of digital tools to enhance web presence and optimize content strategies. Her communication proficiency is demonstrated by her successful communications management, including public relations and social media across multiple platforms. Kailey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Human Services from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is graduating with her Master of Business Administration (MBA), focusing on Marketing in 2024 from Southern Utah University.
Kailey has worked across the private and public sectors, including an internship in Dubai. She has served as a Social Media Manager, Program Officer, and FEMA Crisis Counselor. As a Management Analyst II with the City of Las Vegas Department of Youth Development and Social Initiatives, Kailey developed tracking systems for grant compliance. She executed strategic plans that enhanced department efficiency. Her collaborative efforts with elected officials ensured project alignment with community needs, fostering city-wide improvements.
A dynamic and skilled strategist, Kailey continues to push the boundaries to deliver results and foster professional relationships that enhance growth and operational efficiency. Kailey also ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Medicaid compliance and grant management.
Mathew Dubron, Research & Data Analysis
Mathew Dubron is a native Nevadan who graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Georgia Sr. military college. He is a United States Army Veteran and has worked across private and public sectors across the United States and overseas. He has experience in logistics, data management, and complex data analysis. Mathew is fluent in five languages and a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). He has aided in the delivery of evaluation strategies to improve quality metrics and site monitoring. Mathew is experienced in navigating military and veteran programs, in-depth research, and identifying funding sources across all programs.
